Improvements
VoP via PIS. Verification of Payee (VoP) checks are now performed on EUR-denominated payments in the Eurozone, verifying whether the inputted creditor name matches the name registered to the account. This enables you to inform users of potential mismatches before the payment is authorised and executed. When creating such payments, the response will return an additional verificationOfPayee object containing information on the VoP result.
On-demand VoP. We have also added a new standalone VoP service, allowing you to independently verify creditors at any time by submitting the account name and IBAN, supporting both single and bulk verification requests. This service is a premium feature, which you can read more about here.
Signing baskets available in sandbox. The sandbox now supports signing baskets, allowing you to authorise multiple payments in a single batch.
Cross-border payments and FX Connect available in sandbox. The sandbox now supports generating FX quotes and using them to initiate cross-border payments through the PIS, or to confirm a quote through FX Connect.
Country-based KYC language. The default language of the KYC form now adapts based on the countryCode query parameter provided in KYC requests, allowing you to generate links that are pre-localized to the PSU's market.
