Markets & coverage

Expanded coverage in the Nordics. We've recently added a range of new banks, providing new opportunities for Nordic users to manage and perform their financial activities. The Open Payments API now supports S-Pankki, Aktia and Ålandsbanken Finland for the Finnish market, Ålandsbanken Sweden and Resurs Bank for the Swedish market, and Morrow Bank and yA for the Norwegian market. With that, you can now access account information and initiate payments for users in these banks via Open Payments!

Improvements

Search countries in KYC. The country selector in the KYC now includes a search functionality to improve the UX of filling out the form. When selecting destinations for their payments, users can now search for countries instead of scrolling through the list.

Purpose of payment for payments to India. A purposeCode parameter can now be included in the payment instructions for international-tp payments. This parameter is required for payments made to India but optional for other destination countries.

Execution date adjustments. When a payment is created with the execution date on a non-banking day (such as a weekend or holiday) and the payment is pushed forward to the next valid date, our response now includes a tppMessage with code EXECUTION_DATE_ADJUSTED to inform the user that a new execution date has been set on the payment.

Fixes

Incoming payments in transaction lists. Fixed an issue where incoming payments would be displayed as lump sums when retrieving transactions. Non-Giro payins are now returned as individual payments in the transaction list.

Display of transaction fees in Swedbank. Fixed an issue with transaction lists in Swedbank where transaction fees would be displayed both within the transaction and as a separate transaction entry.
