Lunar bank now available via Open Payments. Our API now supports connectivity with Lunar, marking our first integration with a neobank. This integration goes beyond traditional banks, providing access to account information from Lunar through the AIS and broadening our coverage in the Nordics. In addition, Lunar will soon be available in our PIS, enabling users to initiate payments from their Lunar accounts.
Improvements
Signing baskets in SEB Redirect. We've added support for creating and authorizing signing baskets via the redirect flow in SEB for all Nordic countries.
International payments in Nordea. The PIS now allows users to initiate international payments in Nordea, with the possibility of also the defining the charge bearer for the payment.
Special payments in Nordea. We've implemented handling for special payments in Nordea that cannot be signed in bulk and must instead be signed as separate single payments. If such a payment is included in a signing basket, attempting to sign the basket will result in the affected payment being assigned the status RJCT
and a TppMessage prompting the user to create a new payment and sign it separately. Other payments in the basket will not be impacted if they do not require separate signing.
Fixes
Timestamps in Rabobank. We've fixed an issue where transaction list requests with dateFrom
and dateTo
set to the same day would be denied. By specifying the time for each parameter, we now allow users to fetch transaction data in the AIS when the start date and end date are the same.
Special characters on ISO payments. We've fixed an issue where ISO payments would be rejected due to the inclusion of ´ and ` characters in the generated pain.001 file sent to the bank. If these accent types are included in the request body, they will be ignored and excluded from the generated file (e.g. "É" will be converted to "E") for all banks, ensuring that the file is uploaded successfully.
That’s it for this time! As always, we’d love to hear your feedback so let us know what you think or if there’s anything you’d like to see in future updates. Just drop us a line: support@openpayments.io
